They were bought at a shoe shop in Wavre, Belgium which has the slogan "Festival des prix ronds".

Sorry that I don't know the name ^_^

It's awesome, although the weather is never warm (well, it's meant to be 32 degrees celcius here on Monday and we're not in Summer yet ^_^) and it rains alot, but I <3 the rain.

Festival of rounded prices, I think. I'm not too sure though. It could be slang.

the weather here can get up to 49 degrees celcius sometimes in the middle of summer. mind you belguim is in Europe and its rarely warm there XP. thats coming from people who has lived in Autsralia for most of there lives XP so that comment may be a tad biased
